The off-centered composition, the luminousness of the piece, all the various rippling motions--everything just goes together very nicely here.
I also like your color choices. Very ethereal, which fits both your title and your description.
You might want to chop some excess negative space off the top, though. It's looking a little too sparse up there for me. And then I think you should keep it up as a piece, rather than a scrap.
